Our trip is started on 13th November 2023 at 6:45 p.m. when we took the plane to Madrid. The plane landed at 9:00 p.m. and we were immediately accompanied by bus to the hotel.
On Monday, after breakfast, we catched the bus that every day took us to school. Just arrived at school there were all the Spanish students that were waiting for us. After that we did a Spanish lesson, a school tour and a meal with churros and chocolate!!! At 12:30 we left school to go to Madrid centre for having lunch and visiting it. It was very interesting
On Tuesday, each country showed their own presentation about school dropout and what the schools do to stop it. After that one teacher and two students from each country has been interviewed by a man who is in charge of manage the school radio. After school we took the metro and we arrived at Las Ventas. Come back to the hotel we had dinner and after stay with my classmates I went to bed
On Wednesday, we went to Toledo, known for its culture and its art. Through a treasure hunt we visited the whole city. After lunch we continued the visit of the city and at 4:30 p.m. we went back to hotel to have dinner and to go to bed.
Thursday was the funniest day because after the activities made at school, we took the metro to Banco de Espana and we visited Museo del Prado that was very interesting. After that we took a picnic, powered by the Spanish students and teachers, and after picnic we made activities to go around the park and to make funny among us. Come back to hotel there was a Gala dinner for students and teachers. It was very funny and pleasant staying with other guys and spending an evening with them.
Friday was the last day, we did the last activities and every student of each country received the certificates of Erasmus participation. The Spanish students organized a show with their songs and dance performances and we have had the possibility to sing with them Italian typical song.
We had lunch at the hotel and after that we had to prepare our luggage to go back home. Before taking the bus that took us to the airport, me and my classmates said goodbye to the guys from the other countries. Arrived at the airport, after dinner and after waiting our flight, we took the plane that landed at Palermo at 00:05. Tired but satisfied we arrived at Ribera at 1:30 and just arrived at home I went to bed and I fell asleep.
This experience was very interesting and funny because it helped me and the others to improve our own languages and to know people and culture from each country. Furthermore, for most of us this trip was the first trip abroad, so it gave us the chance to gain experience.
